FMAA Certified

The flags sent were not spear tipped making them difficult to use. We had a breezy day and they were coming out and laying in ground. Was a bit embarrassing and disappointing.

Hi Joseph, our fulfillment records indicate the correct spear tip flags were sent. Would you mind sending us a picture of what you received? I also am trying to mean what you mean by 'coming out and laying in ground'? Do you mean the dowels were falling over? Sometimes that can be challenging to push in deep enough in tough soil, but once they are in there, it is not usual to hear of them coming out. We do also carry a pointed bottom dowel that is easier to push into the ground. Please email us at sales@actionflag.com so we can help here.
