Refund policy

Eligible Unopened Items may be Returned within 30 Days and refunded minus the return postage and a small restocking fee. Some small orders may not benefit either parties with this since the return postage would be more than what the item is was bought for.

Custom and Made to Order Items or Commercial Flagpoles are NOT returnable. Issues with these items or shipments may be dealt with reasonably on a case-by-case basis.
