Not worth the money--and worse of all, not returmable!

The material if too thick and heavy to fly. But more importantly, the design is just stamped on and has no presence, no conviction. Worse of all, you cant even get a credit against it: no return. I will never order from them again.

You are able to return the flag back to us, shipping would just be taken out of your paid order and we will refund the difference. Let me know if you would like to do that and I will get that processed for you. You ordered a double sided Purple Heart flag which means it is two flags basically sewn together with a block out liner. With that, the flag is heavier than a typical flag since it is two flags and not one. We do sell a single reverse flag which is lighter and typical for easier flag flying. The flag is printed on the material, but we can custom make a flag to be appliqué if you would rather. We are her to help at Action Flag.
